1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the AutoPraca platform (available at autopraca.pt), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Service description

AutoPraca is an online marketplace platform that allows users to:

  • Publish vehicle listings for sale
  • Search and view vehicle listings
  • Contact sellers through the platform
  • Use artificial intelligence tools for listing creation
  • View tax estimates (ISV, IUC) and IPO dates

AutoPraca is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We act solely as a technology intermediary.

3. User responsibilities

By using the platform, users agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Respect the rights of other users
  • Not publish offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights
  • Not create multiple accounts for the same user

4. Listing rules

Listings published on AutoPraca must:

  • Refer to real vehicles that are available for sale
  • Contain real and current photographs of the vehicle
  • Include accurate information about the condition, mileage, and history of the vehicle
  • Indicate a fair and realistic price
  • Comply with all applicable Portuguese laws and regulations

AutoPraca reserves the right to remove listings that violate these rules without prior notice.

In case of repeated violations, the user's account may be permanently terminated.

5. AI disclaimer

AutoPraca uses artificial intelligence technology (AutoAnuncia) to assist in creating listings through the analysis of vehicle photographs.

  • Details extracted by AI are suggestions and may contain errors
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details before publishing
  • AutoPraca is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated data
  • Tax estimates (ISV, IUC) are indicative only and do not replace official calculations

6. Intellectual property

All content on the AutoPraca platform — including design, logos, text, software, and code — is the property of AutoPraca or its licensors.

By publishing content on the platform (photographs, descriptions), users grant AutoPraca a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Limitation of liability

AutoPraca provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability of the service
  • The accuracy of information published by users
  • The quality or legality of advertised vehicles
  • The outcome of transactions between users

AutoPraca shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Termination

AutoPraca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate these terms, without prior notice and without compensation.

Users may close their account at any time through account settings or by contacting info@autopraca.pt.

After account closure, personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active listings will be removed within 24 hours.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the District of Ponta Delgada (Comarca de Ponta Delgada).

10. Changes to terms

AutoPraca may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
